Over 6,000 games, a full sportsbook and payouts in euros or crypto sit behind one account at CoolZino casino. The lobby runs in English and Spanish, and the same site works on desktop and mobile without a separate download.
What differentiates us is the transparency. We list here our cashout limits, we charge zero fees from our side and have a support team that you can reach out in live chat 24/7. No hidden terms about (specialconditions) that are announced only when you cash out.
New players receive 100% up to €500 and 150 free spins on first deposit. For higher bets, high roller bonus of 50% up to €500 is available on €300 minimum using the promo code.
Speed. This is the first thing people generally notice. withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, and crypto withdrawals are generally the fastest of all (better than bank transfers). We do not impose a fee on deposits or withdrawals, but please note that both your bank and the blockchain network may do so.
Number two is choice. We have a hundred and fifty instant play slots running, from Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Novomatic, Playtech, Nolimit City and a dozen more studios, so you don’t have to keep spinning the same fifty. Choose the developer, the variance or theme, or simply turn on the demo mode and play for free.
Spanish players are provided the entire site in the Spanish language, in addition to Visa, Mastercard, Revolut and bank transfer in euros without any conversion. Our CoolZino casino online is operating under Curacao Gaming Authority Licence No. OGL/2024/1126/0521 [which includes account security, testing of fairness for the games and processing of payouts]. If a person in Spain plans to sign up to a locally licensed operator, he or she is able to view the DGOJ register before selecting a site.
The support is the final area. Real people man their live chat 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Email [email protected] gets an identical day response. Sundays at 3am trying to find out about a held payout? You’ll talk to someone real.
How Money Moves In and Out
Deposits start from €10 on most methods. The full list covers Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, PaysafeCard, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, PIX, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Tron and Dogecoin. Cards and e-wallets credit instantly, crypto lands once the network confirms.
For withdrawals you can use the same route you funded with in most cases. We review requests within 24 hours. Crypto payouts generally finish quickest, and a bank transfer may need up to 5 banking days after approval before it shows in your account.
Limits are set at €1,000/day, €3,000/week and €10,000/month. Regular players with the highest limits are moved to VIP levels. We don’t charge anything for paying you, but your payment solution, bank or blockchain will impose its own charges which are out of our control.
Accounts are opened in EUR, BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, TRX, DOGE and BCH. Spanish customers who want to avoid card details completely tend to use Revolut, Apple Pay or a prepaid PaysafeCard token bought in a nearby shop. All transaction pages are encrypted and we verify ID before the first payment so that nobody else can withdraw your funds.
Getting Your Account Set Up
Registration is only two minutes long! Simply press the sign-up button, provide us with an email address, select a password, decide a currency and agree that you are 18 or over. That’s it! Gambling in Spain is for over 18’s and we verify this.
Returning players simply log in using the CoolZino login box at the top of the site. Email and password, that’s all you need. Forgot the password? Within a minute or two you’ll get a reset link by email, or turn on two-factor authentication from your account settings if you want an extra lock on the door.
Verification takes place before you make your first withdrawal. We require a proof of ID—ID card, passport etc—and recent proof of address. Scan and upload through your account page and our team often gets them approved within a day.
The following features are found within your player profile: deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion. Set them when you feel your entertainment is no longer entertainment. Support can set these for you if you prefer.

Poker and video poker
Live casino tables where you’ll be playing with actual dealers.
Crash games and dice
Bingo, keno and scratch cards
Instant games and virtual sports
eSports and sportsbook betting
Developers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Novomatic, Playtech, Nolimit City, Play n GO, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Push Gaming, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Playson and Evoplay. Most slots open in demo mode if you wish to try their mechanics without risking real money.
There is a star icon that provides a quick way to save your favourites, while filter options allow sorting by provider, game type or most played. You can enjoy the entire CoolZino casino in your mobile browser with no second app to bother with.
Play is limited to confirmed players aged 18 or over. Before you login, set a deposit limit and consider the available funding as money you don’t mind losing.
Live Sports and Betting Markets
Football takes center stage in our sportsbook, and it’s not hard to see why. LaLiga, the Champions League, the Copa del Rey and all the major European leagues have comprehensive market lists, covering everything from the match result to both teams to score, corners, cards, player shots. But there’s also tennis, basketball, MotoGP, cycling, handball, boxing and MMA to go alongside, and our eSports coverage includes CS2, Dota 2 and League of Legends.
In-play betting re-weights the odds second by second during the match. You can back a late corner in injury time or take a price on the next goalscorer following a substitution. Cash out is offered on plenty of live markets if you prefer to secure a profit than ride it to the final whistle.
Our prices on Spanish top-flight football stay tight because that’s where most of our betting volume comes from. Sports promotions rotate around big fixtures, so check the promo page on a Clasico weekend.
All the same on a phone. The bet slip remains ‘pinned’ to the bottom of the screen, reloading quickly enough to allow a wager to be placed while the ball is still in play.

I withdrew 640e in USDT on a tuesday night and was in my wallet before I finished making dinner. No additional documents requested post the original verification.

I generally only use Evolution tables and the streams play reliably on my phone over 4g. Nice range of blackjack stakes, from a few euros to something substantial.

Had a deposit stuck on Revolut and sorted it through chat in about 6 minutes. being totally in Spanish helps, my English isn’t that good.
Is CoolZino legit? Who’s licensing it?
These are our details as a Terdersoft B.V. under the Curacao Gaming Authority Licence No. OGL/2024/1126/0521. That licence number is public and you can verify it for yourself instead of taking our word for it. It’s for the fairness testing on our games, the storage of your data and the procedures we follow for game payouts. Spain has its own as well, the DGOJ there operates a separate register of locally licenced sites if you need to know.
When will I receive MY cash? How quickly will I receive my cash?
All requests are verified within 24 hours of you making the request. After approval time is entirely method dependent. Crypto is the fastest, often arriving on the same day. E-wallets such as skrill and neteller almost always take a few hours longer. A bank transfer can require up to 5 banking days after when we indicate we have sent it (weekends do not factor into this).
If I forget my password what is the procedure for accessing the CoolZino casino login
Click “the reset link” in the login panel. Enter your account email address and we send you another link. It will arrive in most cases in a couple of minutes. Please check spam folder before contacting us. If the email address isn’t accessible, go to [email protected] from any address with your account name and we will verify your identity before changing your address.
Is there a way to test out games on the trial?
Almost all of the slots work in demo mode with play cash, so you can try out the volatility and bonus features free of charge before playing for real. Demo can’t be tried on the live dealer tables because they feature existing croupiers using actual casino equipment. There is no no deposit cash offer available on the table just now, all our start-up offers require a deposit.
What is the reason for the restriction of withdrawal limits and are these subject to change
Our standard ceilings are €1,000/day, €3,000/week and €10,000/month. These are purely for anti-fraud and liquidity considerations, exactly like any other operator. VIP players are moved onto higher limits, and if you’ve hit a big win above the monthly ceiling your balance remains in your account and pays out through future periods. Support will advise you if you are in this situation and run you through the schedule.
Is an application required in order to be able to play on the mobile?
No. Open play-coolzino.es in Safari, Chrome or whatever browser your phone uses and the site adapts. All the 6,000+ games, the sportsbook, deposits and withdrawals are just as easy and intuitive as on desktop. You can add it to your homescreen for one tap access if you prefer.
What is the High Roller Welcome Offer?
50% up to €500 plus it requires a minimum deposit of €300 plus you must enter the promo code at the cashier. You take this one as an alternative to the standard first deposit package, not alongside it. The wagering requirements are listed in full on the promotions page and we would advise you to read them before deciding which route is best for your bankroll.
